Comfortable and spacious rooms with great AC. Friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us. Nice swimming pool and decent breakfast with good variety. Convenient location for exploring Jordan with easy access to public transportation. a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The staff was very accommodating when I had to leave early in the morning, they prepared breakfast to-go for me. Even though my room was not luxurious, it was clean, quiet and had everything I needed. The location was great, close to downtown Amman. I recommend this hotel.

The location was good, close to Al Abdali and Jett Abdali bus station. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were upgraded, clean, and quiet. We were able to request extra items like toilet paper and the staff was accommodating. It was easy to get taxis or Ubers to downtown. We would definitely stay here again if visiting.

Located close to Jett abdali bus station, this hotel is convenient for travelers. It's not far from the center and next to the Dead Sea beach. The rooms are clean and spacious, with lovely bathrooms. The customer service is great, the staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers good variety.

Some guests experienced inconveniences, such as not having a working hairdryer or not receiving the room they requested.

I had a great time at this hotel! The location was perfect, in the heart of the city, and I was impressed with the service from the bell staff/porter and receptionist. The room I stayed in was equipped with everything I could ask for, including a dining table and a patio. The entertainment at the leisure area was top-notch, and I got to enjoy the seasonal outdoor pool with a cocktail from the bar.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great suites with spacious living areas and nice decor. The breakfast selection was decent and the bar next door was convenient for a drink or two. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Communication with the staff was difficult due to their poor English skills. There was confusion among the staff and they were unable to make decisions quickly.

Staying at Mena Tyche was a lovely start to the trip through Jordan. The staff were super welcoming and the breakfast had a great selection of food. The receptionist, Mohammad, was incredibly helpful with recommendations and getting around. My room was upgraded free of charge, which was an added bonus. The suite we were upgraded to had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, providing spacious and comfortable accommodations. The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were clean and a good size. we were very happy with our stay.
