The hotel is perfectly situated with beautiful views of the bridges and a fantastic "beer wall" bar nearby. The Salon de Thé is a lovely spot to relax. The rooms are amazing with canal views and the staff is super friendly. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect for exploring the city. We were right on the canal with charming views from our terrace. The staff were incredibly helpful with everything from room service to tours and ticket assistance. The room amenities were top-notch, including soundproofed rooms and garden furniture. We stayed in a beautifully decorated boutique hotel, nestled in a quiet alley next to the canal. The location was ideal, within easy walking distance to all the sights and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering us complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fabulous shower that provided the best night's sleep. I especially enjoyed the morning breakfast and the stunning view of the canal from the dining room.

There was some noise from other guests in the seating area located close to our ground floor room.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the charming and intimate atmosphere of Relais Bourgondisch Cruyce. The hotel's collection of original art, including works by Klimt, Botero, and Chagall, added a touch of elegance to the historic buildings. Our room, though small, was beautifully decorated and had a view of the canal. The luxurious bathroom with its faux-marble design and heated towel rack made us feel pampered. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The complimentary tea, coffee, and hot chocolate during the day was a nice touch.

Felt cosy, with exceptional service. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

We spent our Christmas holidays at a hotel located in the heart of a beautiful European city, and we were pleased with the experience. the staff was exceptional, offering us complementary coffee and tea at all times, and even mended our clothes for free. the location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the main attractions and with a great view of the city's canals from our room. We particularly enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of delicious pastries and hot chocolate.

The location of the hotel was absolutely fantastic! Situated right on the canal, it offered breathtaking views and was close to all the main attractions in the city. the staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a great shower. One of the best parts was the complimentary coffee we received each morning in the dining room, which had a lovely view of the canal.

One minor inconvenience was the noise from the guests sitting in the nearby seating area. One night it woke us up, but they left before we could call reception to ask for quiet.

I also highly recommend trying their breakfast - although it's an additional charge, the selection and quality are well worth it. And don't forget to indulge in their delicious waffles!
