We stayed in a beautifully decorated boutique hotel, nestled in a quiet alley next to the canal. The location was ideal, within easy walking distance to all the sights and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering us complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fabulous shower that provided the best night's sleep. I especially enjoyed the morning breakfast and the stunning view of the canal from the dining room.

There was some noise from other guests in the seating area located close to our ground floor room.

As young holiday goers, we absolutely loved the charming and intimate atmosphere of Relais Bourgondisch Cruyce. The hotel's collection of original art, including works by Klimt, Botero, and Chagall, added a touch of elegance to the historic buildings. Our room, though small, was beautifully decorated and had a view of the canal. The luxurious bathroom with its faux-marble design and heated towel rack made us feel pampered. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The complimentary tea, coffee, and hot chocolate during the day was a nice touch.

We spent our Christmas holidays at a hotel located in the heart of a beautiful European city, and we were pleased with the experience. The staff was exceptional, offering us complementary coffee and tea at all times, and even mended our clothes for free. The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk from the main attractions and with a great view of the city's canals from our room. We particularly enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet, which offered a variety of delicious pastries and hot chocolate.

Although we enjoyed our stay, we found a few drawbacks in the hotel's facilities. The rooms were slightly small and lacked a fridge, making it difficult for us to keep food and drinks cool during our stay.

L'hôtel est situé dans une zone très animée, près du marché de Karol bagh, ce qui était très pratique. Le personnel était sympathique et serviable, toujours prêt à aider. Les chambres étaient bien entretenues et avaient toutes les commodités nécessaires. De plus, le petit-déjeuner était délicieux.
