We loved staying at this place as it was right in the center of everything, perfect for all the tourist attractions. The service was fantastic with helpful staff providing everything we needed from room service to tours and ticket assistance. Our room was very spacious with all the amenities we could ask for such as air conditioning, mini-bar, and a sitting area. The restaurant and bar had a great selection of food and drinks, and we especially enjoyed the happy hour. We also loved the spa where we were able to relax with a full body massage and enjoy the sun terrace.

Highly recommended for families looking for an enjoyable stay without any issue.

During my recent stay at Solaria, I was absolutely blown away by the level of service I received. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable experience. One specific situation that stands out in my mind was when I mentioned to the front desk that the lighting in my room was a little inadequate. Without hesitation, they immediately arranged for extra lamps to be brought in to brighten up the space. It was such a small gesture, but it made a huge difference in my overall comfort.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, in a quiet little street next to a beautiful lake. The location is perfect, as it is within walking distance to local attractions and offers a vibrant atmosphere. The rooms are nicely decorated, well-sized and the staff is excellent, providing helpful recommendations. The breakfast selection is vast, with a variety of options available. The hotel also offers a spa experience that is second to none, with polite and helpful staff.

The rooftop bar was closed during our stay, but this did not significantly impact our overall experience.

Some guests reported noise from the lift lobby and restaurant, which might be a concern for light sleepers.

We used Solaria as a base for two weeks in Vietnam, while traveling all around the north of the country. Every time we came back, it felt like returning home. the welcome from the staff, especially Annie, was real and heartwarming. the breakfast was sensational, and we even had a perfect dinner in the restaurant. When we return to Vietnam, Solaria will make our search for a place to stay very easy.
