This hotel is located in a very convenient spot, close to the Christmas market and the Old City Center. The room was comfortable with a nice working area, while the bathroom was modern with a bathtub and walk-in shower. Staff were friendly and spoke fluent English. We enjoyed a large and tasty breakfast each day, and the gym and sauna were great features.

The fast check-in and check-out process was a great convenience. a fantastic hotel experience.

The complimentary vouchers for the restaurant were a nice touch, and the location was great with many highlights within walking distance. the staff were always helpful and friendly, and one member even helped me pick out a delicious meal at the restaurant.

The rooms were extremely small, even after upgrading to an executive room. It was a painful experience, but the staff reacted quickly and brought ice to ease the pain.
