Spent my xmas here and grateful for the cozy private room and friendly staff who provided hot chocolate and cookies to all guests. The shared kitchen area was a bit dirty with overflowing bins, but I understand this is a shared space. , the shower head in my room wasn't working properly which made for a less than ideal shower experience.
