Another plus was the location, which was an easy place to explore the surrounding areas from. We could hop in the car and be in a nearby city or town in no time.

That there were limited facilities around it, and it was a bit remote. We had to plan our routes carefully, and finding a taxi was tricky at times.

As bike riders, we loved the easy parking and the convenient location right on the motorway system. The comfortable and clean rooms, along with the air conditioning, provided a much-needed rest after a long day of riding. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the option to purchase bottles of alcohol and soft drinks at the reception was a great convenience, especially for late-night arrivals. The very good buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from, setting us up for another day of cycling. The fact that we were able to get BBC and other English-speaking channels on the TV was an added bonus.
