The location of the hotel is great, being in the church area and right near the city centre. It's perfect for walking to the bars and restaurants. The rooms are attractive and the bathroom includes a bubble bath. The breakfast is good with a variety of options. The staff is friendly and the coffee is excellent.

The cleanliness of the pillow cases was an issue.

It's hard to believe that this place used to be a church, but the way they've transformed it into a hotel is truly a work of art. Everything was spot on.

Spent a lovely Easter weekend in a converted church hotel. Turndown service and chocolates were a nice touch, as was the spacious and comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. the location is ideal, within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants.

The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly and the bathroom layout was a bit cramped. the shower lacked a fixed head, and the bath plug wouldn't stay in place.

I recently stayed at Martin's Patershof and had a wonderful experience. The refurbishment of the old church into a hotel is truly stunning, creating a unique and beautiful atmosphere. The location is also perfect, just around the corner from the main areas of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and ensuring I had everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, served in an incredible setting that added to the overall experience. I also appreciated the secure storage for my bike in the lower car park. my stay at Martin's Patershof exceeded my expectations and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I return to Mechelen.

The staff were super helpful and answered all our questions about the city. They even made an effort to accommodate our request for a room on a higher floor. The location was great and easily accessible from the central station by foot. The room itself was nice with good lighting and a big screen TV. It was very quiet and spacious, and the bed was the highlight of our stay. It was incredibly comfortable, and we were so impressed that we even asked for the manufacturers' details at reception so we could order one for ourselves. They had a Nespresso machine in the room too, which was a nice touch.
