I recently stayed at a hotel in Alor Star and had a great experience. The location was convenient, with banks, shops, and restaurants nearby. The check-in and check-out process was efficient, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The towels provided in the room were not the cleanest, and the hotel was quiet, which made it feel a bit creepy.

Great location, ample parking, free parking, satay breakfast, easy check-in/out.

Spent xmas there. the room was okay I guess, not too shabby but nothing special. They gave out free bottles of water every day and complimented with chocolates one evening; I really appreciated that. the location is in a prime spot for all my needs and the wifi was stable during my whole stay.

This hotel had a lot of issues that left me feeling unsatisfied. the air conditioning in the room was faulty and left me sweating all night even when turned to the coldest setting.

This hotel is a great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. Located in the city centre of Alor Setar, it offers convenient access to numerous eateries and minimal road traffic. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms on the 4th level are in good condition. The breakfast at the coffee house is included and served with fresh salads.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The breakfast could be improved by ensuring that the half-boiled eggs are served hot and not left under the food tray for too long.
