the breakfast experience is not what it used to be. the bacon was greasy and cold, and the scrambled eggs were a congealed mess. the location of the hotel is amazing, just a 10-minute walk to the city center. the area is quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. the bar at the hotel is great and there is a public car park nearby, although finding a space can be challenging. Market square is within easy walking distance, providing convenient access to attractions.

our christmas party stay in bruges was absolutely delightful. novotel made us feel so welcome with their friendly staff, excellent use of english, and tasty breakfast. the hotel's location near the city centre was perfect and the nearby building work did not cause any inconvenience.
