The hotel is conveniently located near the Sportspalais, which was perfect for attending events. It is also within easy reach of the historic center and close to a tram stop, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable and spacious, with well-equipped bathrooms.

The lighting in the rooms was quite dim, making it difficult to read in bed or in the living area.

We were pleasantly surprised by everything during our stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with a perfectly updated and modern room that had a beautiful garden view off the terrace. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the private underground parking was convenient. The location in a nice and quiet area, near a lovely park, was an added bonus. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, celebrating our anniversary by putting rose petals on the bed and leaving a thoughtful note. The breakfast provided was also good.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to where we were visiting and within walking distance of many amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our experience even better. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, including a spa and wellness center and an indoor swimming pool. We also enjoyed the bar and restaurant, which had a nice atmosphere. this place was excellent and we would recommend it to everyone.

The only downside we found was that the breakfast area could get a bit cramped, but that was a minor issue compared to everything else this hotel had to offer.

Excellent Stay in a Convenient Location

The hotel has been recently refurbished, and the rooms are now comfortable and well-appointed. I particularly enjoyed the large comfortable bed and the great view from the balcony on the 8th floor. The hotel's location is also a major plus, with plenty of small shops nearby and easy access to public transportation. Additionally, the breakfast was satisfying, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

Although the hotel had a few drawbacks, such as a noisy laminate floor in the rooms and a slightly distant location, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience we had.

Lovely big room with comfy bed and an excellent shower room. Pleasant decor and nice layout with separate areas for the desk and a dressing room. Very close to tram stop which made getting around very easy. The area is very quiet, choice of bars or restaurants approx 15 mins walk away or a short tram ride. Supermarket nearby if required. Handy location which is close to everything. Tram close by. Fantastic staff, who are very helpful. Street parking available at reasonable cost. Comfortable and clean room with air conditioning. Free coffee/tea and a pastry available in the sitting room at certain times of the day - bonus. Staff were super friendly and helpful, best thing about the hotel.

The shower was impressive, with great water pressure. The hotel also offered private underground parking for convenience. Service was friendly, and the staff went the extra mile for special occasions, such as leaving rose petals and a note for our wedding anniversary. Breakfast was satisfying, and the room had amenities like a safety box and a desk.

The sound insulation could be better - conversations in the corridor and footsteps from the room above were audible.
