Our romantic escape to this hotel was quite enjoyable. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and nice amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with plenty of recommendations for things to do in the area. The location was also ideal, being centrally located and within walking distance of many attractions.

We were disappointed by a couple of things during our stay. the breakfast options were limited and not very exciting.

I just spent New Year at an astonishing hotel. the rooms were cozy and spacious, with beautiful decoration. Service was top-notch, the staff made me feel at home from the moment I arrived until I left. the hotel location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants and shops. the library bar was my favorite place, with comfy chairs and a fireplace; it was the ideal spot to relax after exploring the city. I also found excellent deals on their official website.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the centre of the city. It is just a block from the busy Market Square, making it easy to explore the main tourist attractions on foot. The rooms are luxurious, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing exceptional service. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a wide variety of options. The views from the top floor rooms are stunning, overlooking the rooftops of the city.

The decor of the hotel may not appeal to everyone, as it has a very classic and traditional style.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a luxurious treat. the exclusive amenities were exceptional, from the spa lounge to the beauty treatments, everything was immaculately presented. the massage was truly incredible, leaving me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the restaurant provided a range of delicious dishes, and the continental breakfast was the perfect start to my day. I especially loved the outdoor dining area, where I could enjoy my meal whilst soaking up the sun.

As a frequent tea drinker, I was surprised that this was not provided as standard.

Great location for exploring the city and Christmas markets, just a few minutes walk away. the hotel offered valet parking which was convenient. the staff were friendly and accommodated our needs, providing a cot for our baby. the room was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds, Nespresso machine, and a variety of amenities.

The bathroom sink plug didn't work properly and the curtain hooks in the room were coming away from the wall, although not a major issue. the hotel restaurant looked lovely, but we preferred to have breakfast from a local bakery.
