I had a great stay at a hotel in a fantastic location. The views were amazing and the staff was incredibly helpful. The hotel had a refreshing idea of having water coolers in the hallways, which was a bonus. I loved that I could easily get hot water to make tea. The bed was great, the bathroom and shower were excellent, and the modern facilities, including the elevator and key card system. The staff, particularly Alba, Gonzalo, and Lucia.

the hotel, Sonder Paseo De Gracia, was clean and modern with lots of little extras that made my stay fantastic. I loved the complimentary breakfast box that I enjoyed on the public terrace each morning. the room was well-equipped with robes, a shaving kit, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, and more. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. the hotel was also conveniently located near great restaurants and bars.

The terrace view could be improved for guests looking for a more picturesque experience.

We were the first guests in the room and the check-in process was super easy, all done on my phone before arrival. the staff were lovely and helpful throughout our stay. the room itself was even nicer than the pictures online, truly a high-spec design. the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. Despite being on a busy street, the soundproofing was effective. We also appreciated the water dispenser on each floor. the location was very convenient and the staff was very nice. we had a very lovely stay and would definitely go back!

They were also kind enough to print some luggage tags for us and provide us with helpful suggestions for places to visit. This hotel exceeded my expectations. the luxurious room was spacious with exclusive amenities like a private jacuzzi, plush bathrobes, and slippers. In-room dining was exceptional with a variety of delicious options. the staff went out of their way to fulfill our requests, making our stay memorable. Located in a prime area, it was easy to explore the nearby attractions.

The only minor issue was the street noise that started early in the morning but easily solved with earplugs. this hotel provided me with a luxurious and comfortable stay with unparalleled service.
