I recently stayed at Steigenberger in Brussels for a business trip. The staff treated me like royalty, and the spacious and clean rooms were equipped with everything I needed, including an iron board. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options. Despite the high price, it was worth every penny. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff. The room was spacious and kept clean daily, with excellent bath hygiene products. The breakfast was superb, with a variety of options and even Brut sparkling wine. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering us a choice of pillows at the reception. The location was also great, right in the prestigious shopping center of the city and close to all the important sights in this city.

Loved the comfortable bed, it was like sleeping on a cloud. the bathroom was well-appointed and had all the necessary amenities. the location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to all the important sights in the city.

The staff at the reception were polite but not very helpful, they didn't seem concerned when we had complaints. the worst experience was at the hotel bar, where the staff, especially the manager, were rude and even aggressive.
