My stay at Sweet Inn - Saint Jean was overall quite positive. The apartment was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and conveniently located in the heart of Brussels. I was able to easily explore the city and visit all the popular attractions. The kitchen was a great feature, allowing me to cook meals and the convenience store nearby made it easy to buy groceries. The host was responsive and sent someone with a cooler and fan when I mentioned that the apartment was too hot. They took quick action to address my concerns, which I appreciated. Additionally, the apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as a noisy vent in every room and a lack of air conditioning, these did not significantly impact my overall experience. Additionally, the windows couldn't be kept open due to safety concerns, but this was a minor inconvenience.

It was just a short walk to the famous Grand Place and there were plenty of restaurants and paid parking nearby. Public transportation was also easily accessible. the apartment had a fantastic view of the top of the Town Hall. I especially liked the electronic room key, which could be accessed through an app or the initial email. It made entering and exiting the room very convenient.

We stayed at Sweet Inn and found the staff to be very helpful. the location of the property is superb, close to all the attractions and just a short 5-minute walk from the central train station. We loved that there was a Carefour supermarket nearby. the room was well-organized and perfect for our family of five. we think this property is suitable for everyone.

My recent stay at Sweet Inn in Brussels was nothing short of exceptional. The 2 bedroom apartment was lovely, new, modern, and clean. It offered plenty of space and comfortable beds. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the train station and Grand Plaza. The kitchen had good facilities and there was even a washing machine/dryer. I appreciated the nice quality toiletries provided and the separate WC from the bathroom. The decor was very nice, although the lighting was a bit dim at night. The wifi was excellent and there was a good choice of channels on the TV.

The heating and temperature control in the apartment were uncomfortable. Despite reporting the issue, it was not fixed, and the thermostat couldn't be turned down.

The apartment was spacious and modern, just like in the pictures. the location was fantastic, with everything we needed in walking distance. We were able to explore the city on foot and there was even a supermarket nearby. the loft balcony was a lovely feature that we enjoyed during our Christmas stay.

There were a couple of downsides to our experience. First, the street noise was quite loud, especially late at night and early in the morning.
