We got such a great value for our money at this resort! The room was absolutely huge, with a spacious balcony and breathtaking sunset views. The location was perfect, just steps away from the sea and we saw dolphins, rays, and manatees right in front of the complex. The staff treated us like royalty, always there to assist and make us feel welcome. The pool was amazing, and the beach area was well-maintained and gorgeous. a fantastic experience!

We were impressed with the hotel's transportation services, as they arranged a few adventures for us. Additionally, the location on the ocean side of the property was perfect, offering breathtaking sunsets. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

The customer service was exceptional, with considerate staff who constantly checked in. The comfortable room was cleaned daily, and the restaurant staff were friendly. The property had a fun beachside area with paddle boards, kayaks, and a pool. The front desk was helpful, and breakfast was enjoyable.

The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, welcoming us with a tropical drink upon arrival. We can't wait to return someday! I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable getaway.

The resort also offered a complimentary shuttle service, which made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Umaya Resort & Adventures to others.

The pool and beach were amazing. Meals were excellent. Accommodations were beyond expectations - tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. Staff was helpful and eager to please. The location was perfect, close to our favorite restaurant. The suite was well-equipped and on the quieter side. The fridge was awesome and the amount of fresh drinking water provided was outstanding. Room service and quality towels and linens were a plus. Spa experience was very good.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. They made us feel at home throughout our stay. The pool at the hotel was fantastic, with clean water and plenty of lounge chairs. It was a great place to relax and cool off during the hot days. The hotel is also conveniently located near a grocery store and within walking distance of a good restaurant.

The food was not up to our expectations, with some dishes being inedible. We also found the prices to be higher than what we expected, and the exchange rate used for billing was different from the one stated in the menu.
