Had an amazing time in a Two Bedroom Lagoon view room. The accommodations were comfortable and included a kitchen, additional bathrooms, and a nice balcony for sunset views. Enjoyed the pool with a bar and an awesome spa offering massages and beauty services. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with plenty of amenities!

Rooms were clean, well-maintained, and featured kitchens, perfect for families. Daily housekeeping was a nice touch! Enjoyed beautiful paddle boarding opportunities with complimentary equipment.

Staff responsiveness was inconsistent, particularly during service delays at the restaurant. Also faced issues with excursion pricing that changed unexpectedly.

the beachfront spot was perfect for relaxing! we loved the wide variety of excursions offered, like snorkeling and exploring local wildlife. the staff seriously went above and beyond for us at every turn. great drinks too, especially at happy hour!

Fantastic beach access with beautiful surroundings 🌊. Staff were exceptionally kind and fulfilled every request with a warm smile. The free shuttle service to the village made exploring easy and fun!

A bit more variety in menu options would be appreciated, especially for snacks by the pool. Some plumbing issues need addressing.

Resort ambiance is beautiful with clean, spacious rooms and great food, especially at Laguna. The awesome pool and swim-up bar truly enhance the experience. The beach is well-maintained with plenty of shade. A minor downside was the limited gym facilities. Overall, a lovely escape worth the visit!

Loved the comfy bed and fresh linens! The lagoon-side view was peaceful and perfect for sunsets. But I did notice the kitchenette was lacking a few essentials like a blender, which was kind of odd for a place with that setup. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but a few updates would make it better.
