The hotel is conveniently located opposite the train station, making it easy to travel around. One can enjoy a quiet drink in the bar area of the restaurant or read a newspaper. The restaurant is a fabulous place to sit and enjoy a meal while watching the world go by.

The decor is extremely outdated and the furniture is old.

the upgraded room was lovely, staff friendly and helpful, convenient location and great breakfast. definitely exceeded expectations from previous stay in Newcastle upon Tyne.

The rooms have nice beds and there is a central location in town, allowing easy access to nearby attractions.
