We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and surprisingly well-appointed for the price. Parking was convenient and the location was very close to the Penn State campus.

Great value for the price. The room was comfortable with a cozy bed, and the shower was amazing. The location was convenient, being just half a mile from Penn State, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The owner was friendly and even helped fix a broken blow dryer in our room. The staff also rearranged rooms for our friend with a broken ankle, moving them to a lower level for easier access. The motel was quiet and safe, despite being on a main road, and having a CVS across the street was convenient. a great choice for a value stay, especially if you're traveling with a child.

The breakfast menu could be improved by offering larger drink cups, as the current 4 oz. Dixie cups were quite small.

I gotta say, for the price we paid, this hotel was a steal! The room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed. The staff, especially AL, were incredibly friendly and made our stay exceptional.

The breakfast offerings could use a little improvement, maybe adding some boiled eggs and fruit to go with the bread, pastries, and cereal would be nice.

The continental breakfast was basic but sufficient. The staff were friendly, and overall, we had a pleasant stay.
