I had a fantastic stay here. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and I could tell the sheets were fresh, which is always a plus for me. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and I had no issues with parking. The location was perfect for exploring the southwest Michigan area and enjoying the nightly entertainment at Four Winds. The staff was extremely helpful, giving me directions to local restaurants and ensuring I had a comfortable stay.

We had a great time during our Christmas stay. the hotel offered clean rooms and the staff was extremely friendly. the location was convenient, close to the casino, and had easy access to the highway. the breakfast provided was tasty and the indoor hot tub was a nice bonus.

Our stay was not without its downsides. the walls in the hotel were quite thin, which meant we could hear noise from other guests, especially children running in the halls.

The hotel had spacious and comfortable accommodations, with a king kitchen suite that had all the amenities we needed, including a microwave, sink, and fridge. the indoor pool and hot tub were a nice addition, and we enjoyed taking advantage of the small exercise room. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient as it was situated between the lakefront and a nearby casino. This made it easy to explore the area and have dining options close by.

There were several negative aspects to our stay. the check-in time was quite late, which was inconvenient.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The room smelled amazing and the cleanliness was top-notch. The staff, with the exception of the breakfast lady, were friendly and attentive. Sara at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. The location was convenient and the prices were typical for a Holiday Inn. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I was in town for a weekend getaway with my partner and we stayed for two nights. The hotel was incredibly clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also loved the location, which offered easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely book with Holiday Inn Express again.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express in New Buffalo! The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were super comfortable, and we loved the extra space in our room, especially the wet bar counter area and table. It was perfect for playing cards and enjoying some quality time together. The location was also ideal, with easy access to casinos, fast food, gas, and other local attractions like the outlet mall. We would definitely book here again!
