We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, arranging transportation and ensuring we had everything we needed. The hotel facilities were great, with a nice pool, sea view, and even paddle boards and bicycles available for use. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, perfect for a family of four. We loved the small balcony and the added touches like a local cell phone and purified water machine. it was a wonderful experience and we can't wait to stay here again.

We had an amazing 3-day stay at Caye Reef! The hotel was perfect for our fishing trip and conveniently located right in front of the dock for the Frenchies Offshore Fishing Tournament. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room on the 3rd floor was perfect, with stunning views, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. The hotel also provided bikes for us to explore the area and had a helpful and friendly staff member named Dannis. everything was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at Caye Reef.

Best location and condo on the island! the apartment was very spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. It was conveniently located just a minute from the popular Split and within short walking distance of everything on the island. the pool was great for a refreshing swim, and the rooftop jacuzzi provided a perfect spot to watch the breathtaking sunsets. We also enjoyed the takeaway food from Chef Kareem, located right outside the condo.

Worst part of the experience was the lack of communication and assistance. We arrived on Christmas day and there was no one to greet us or show us around.

The apartment was amazing, with excellent air conditioning and spotlessly clean. the bed was comfortable and provided a peaceful haven. the staff were very accommodating and friendly. the location was perfect, just a short distance from the beautiful seafront. the views from the rooftop and top floor were breathtaking. the apartment had plenty of space and the rooftop area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying a drink. the manager was sweet and helpful, and the free bicycles provided were a great bonus.

There were a few minor issues, such as a hard couch and a lack of cutting board in the kitchen. the hot tub had a timer and was not always working, which was a bit disappointing.
