I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect as it was near restaurants and shops, which made getting meals and any necessities convenient. Secondly, their staff was extremely friendly and provided excellent service. They were always accommodating and helped me with everything I needed. Thirdly, the rooms were well-kept and even had a walk-in shower, which was a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast was delightful and filled me up for the day. I especially enjoyed the fresh juices, which were refreshing and energizing.

The hotel could benefit from having more cleaning staff. Trash was piled up in the trashcans near the elevators and there was a noticeable odor.

Impeccable Stay!

One of the best hotels I've been to in Mason City/Clear Lake. The hotel is relatively new and you can tell the minute you drive up to the building. The lobby is very nice with a large lobby area that also serves breakfast in the morning - the fresh smoothies were a nice treat every day! The rooms were neat and clean, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Despite several families and a wedding group staying at the hotel, there was no noise from the hallway or the rooms next door. The location is also convenient, with quick access to local services and the interstate.

I had a fantastic stay at Hampton Inn. The front desk person was pleasant and helped me with a luggage cart. They even upgraded me to a larger suite. The room was neat and clean with working temperature controls. The bed was comfortable and I had a few hours of sleep before checking out. The free breakfast had food when I was hungry. I recommend this hotel.
