We only stayed here for a night due to a delayed flight on our way to the jungle and coast. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the rooftop restaurant offered a free breakfast with a stunning view of the bay and downtown. The location is prime, with walking distance to great restaurants and nightclubs, and shuttle service to downtown or the airport for only USD$5.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The hotel lobby and hallway were beautifully decorated with Christmas trees and festive decorations, creating a delightful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

One disappointment was the lack of customer service at the front desk. Similarly, the restaurant staff had mixed experiences.

The hotel is also close to ferry terminals and bus terminals, as well as a range of restaurants nearby. it offers a great location and comfortable stay.

The shower head in some rooms could use improvement, as it can be a bit sporadic in its spraying.

The staff is attentive and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. Good water pressure and excellent A/C. Convenient restaurant and market. a pleasant stay.

As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the accessibility of Golden Bay Belize Hotel. The rooms were well-appointed and the staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay.

The room was cozy, and we particularly appreciated the modern bathroom and comfortable beds. The staff was courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The free continental breakfast was a great way to start the day, with a variety of options that satisfied both adults and children. The view from the hotel was fantastic, overlooking the city and water. we had a pleasant stay with many advantages.

There was one issue that we experienced with the hotel. The lack of outlets in the room made it challenging to charge our devices, especially since there was no option to work at a desk.

Nothing to fault.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Belize City. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that this hotel was one of the best in the area. the facilities were well-maintained and clean, and the rooftop was a great spot to enjoy a meal at Vino Tinto. the staff, especially Toto the driver and Maria, were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their faces. the hotel also had a mini market, which was very convenient since there were no other options nearby. the spacious rooms felt new and had great air conditioning, and the shuttle service to and from the airport was a plus. it was a gem of a hotel.

For us, the hotel was ideal. there was some construction going on which caused dust in the air.

The location was perfect, as there was a supermarket right next door and I didn't have to go out on the street for my basic needs. Additionally, the hotel was within walking distance of the town center, offering easy access to restaurants and other amenities. The pleasant views of the sea from my room added to the overall experience. The staff, especially Maria at the front desk, were amazing. She was friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. She handled all my questions and concerns with professionalism and grace. I also enjoyed dining at the top-floor restaurant, where I could work on my computer while enjoying the surroundings. The restaurant staff were top-notch, and the food was delicious. my four-day stay here was exceptional.

Great staff, knowledgeable and friendly. Comfortable rooms with excellent lighting. Nice bathroom. Convenient on-site restaurant and market. Good water pressure and marvelous A/C. Clean room with standard amenities. Would stay again.

The value for money at Golden Bay Belize was excellent, with a large and nice room and comfy beds. The location was great, very close to the Belize ferry and the city center, and the staff were exceptional, from the friendly front desk to the helpful shuttle driver.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by adding more options or variety.

The bathroom in our suite was amazing, with a hot tub that we couldn't wait to use. However, we were disappointed because the water was only tepid. The shower was okay, but we had trouble figuring out how to switch it from the tap to the shower head. On the bright side, the manager was very helpful and accommodating, offering us free breakfast to make up for the inconveniences. we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
