I recently stayed at Intercontinental Bangkok for a week-long business trip. The room size was perfect, fitting two queen beds and an extra bed with plenty of space leftover. The hotel's location was extremely convenient, with a covered link bridge connecting to the BTS train station, Central World mall, and Siam Paragon just a short distance away. The staff went above and beyond, surprising me with a small birthday gift and providing recommendations for organic and green restaurants in the area. Despite a slight delay in my luggage delivery, the staff stayed responsive and even offered a complimentary breakfast as an apology. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional customer service.

The staff were incredibly attentive and even surprised me with a small birthday gift upon check-in. They were also very helpful in providing recommendations for organic and green restaurants in the area. The hotel's customer service was top-notch, with responsive staff and a complimentary breakfast invitation as an apology for a slight delay in luggage delivery. The gym was outstanding and the room service was excellent, even accommodating my request to heat up leftovers. The hotel's location with the skywalk made it easy to access the main shopping areas. a great place to stay with excellent service.

The hotel was luxurious and had excellent service. the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. the location was perfect for shopping and dining, with multiple shopping centers within walking distance. the breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of international food options. the rooftop pool area and bar provided a nice retreat after a long day of sightseeing.

Some of the staff could have been friendlier, particularly the wait staff at breakfast who often didn't smile or greet guests unless prompted. the electricity in the rooms kept tripping, which was inconvenient.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and beautiful marble-tiled bathrooms. The facilities were top-notch, especially the club lounge and fitness center. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect, being near all the shopping areas and just steps away from the train line, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Lastly, the staff was friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist.

I recently stayed at Intercontinental Bangkok for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is incredible, with easy access to malls, the metro, and grocery stores. I had the most amazing pizza at Theo Mio, the Italian restaurant on-site. The gym is open 24/7 and the spa is a must-visit. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally courteous and made me feel safe, welcomed, and spoiled. They went above and beyond to meet all of my needs, including changing my bed and providing complimentary fruits in my room. The lobby is stunning and the breakfast spread is the best I've ever had. The hotel truly exudes a culture of excellence and I can't wait to come back.
