We were amazed by the beauty and attention to detail at Itz'Ana Resort & Residences. The newly built hotel was spotless and every small detail was carefully thought out. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with a flat-screen TV and a bathroom that could rival a New York apartment. The balcony overlooked the pool and had a queen-sized bed, giving us the perfect blend of privacy and proximity to the beach. The staff, especially Winston, Dean, and Pedro. We can't wait to return to this piece of paradise.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, right on the beach and also quite close to downtown Placencia where I found lots of cool cafes, bars, and restaurants. The staff was amazing, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, especially the granola/yogurt combination. Everything was in sync with what one might expect from a 5-star resort.

The beach and pool at Itz'Ana Resort & Residences were absolutely stunning. We spent hours relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. The service from the staff was excellent; they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfasts were delicious, especially the granola and yogurt combo. The resort also provided a free shuttle to explore other locations in Placencia. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and luxurious stay.

The front office manager was welcoming and we received a refreshing welcome drink at the bar. the staff members were friendly and had time to chat with us. the indoor/outdoor dining options were great, and the concierge service was available whenever we needed assistance. the pool bar was nice and the pool itself was very large and clean. the well-kept landscaping added to the overall beauty of the property. Additionally, the location right on the beach was a major advantage.

The hotel is not within walking distance of any other attractions, but it was a fantastic place to relax on the beach or by the pool. the immediate area didn't offer much to see, but the hotel provides a free shuttle service to explore other locations.

The resort had a stunning interior and beautiful grounds. the rooms were spacious and well, designed, overlooking the pool. the staff was attentive, providing excellent service and checking up on us at the pool. They even brought us water without us asking. Additionally, the on, site restaurant served delicious food, including breakfast and dinner. the resort also had a pool bar that served amazing cocktails and appetizers.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. there was a wedding party during our stay that caused loud music late into the night, disturbing our sleep.

This hotel is a paradise oasis that exceeded all our expectations. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace overlooked the beautiful beachfront, fitted with luxurious sun loungers and umbrellas. the exclusive massage service at the hotel met our needs, catering to requested levels of pressure and running concurrent to the special diet menus offered here. Our expansive room provided an amazing view over the gorgeous garden area and was equipped with a private outdoor Jacuzzi and BBQ facilities, inviting us to grill fresh seafood.

The restaurant lacked vegan options for dinner, but upon request, they were cooked for us.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the beach. You can easily access the beautiful sandy shores just off the property. If you want to explore further, you can take a short walk to a local beach bar for a change of scenery.
