We had an amazing stay at this resort! the staff was extremely friendly and always had a smile on their faces. the bartender at the poolside was particularly helpful and welcoming. We enjoyed the quaint and lovely facilities, and for the price, it was truly an outstanding experience. Special mention to Rosy, the front desk staff, who was kind and polite. She helped us arrange sightseeing tours and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the area!

We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options offered at the hotel. Another advantage was the convenient location, which allowed us to easily explore the city and visit nearby attractions.

There were a few downsides to our experience. the food at the hotel could use some improvement, as we found it to be lacking in quality.

What a magical experience at Rumors Resort! The staff, especially Josef and Jose, were incredibly genuine, caring, and friendly. Jose took the time to answer all of our questions and even brought me a perfectly spiced fish curry that I requested to be "in between." The birdsongs each morning were a delight, and the location was pure magic, with easy access to attractions like Xunantunich. The beds were nice and comfy, and the deck and infinity pool were amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for its superb customer service and stunning surroundings.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and some even had a nice terrace. The hotel's restaurant served delicious breakfast, and their cocktails and snacks were also great. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. Another great aspect was the hotel's small tour operator, which offered tours and transfers at the same price as others but with the convenience of smaller group sizes.
