The location is perfect, with easy access to the best bars on the island. Bikes and kayaks were provided, making it fun to explore. Clean rooms and a relaxing communal space. The staff, especially Evelyn, went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

Felt extremely welcome, no complaints whatsoever.

The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the air conditioning and mini fridge. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was ideal, with the beach just a short walk away and restaurants within walking distance. The free use of bikes was a great bonus. we highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation.

sea n sun was the perfect spot for my peaceful break in caye caulker. the staff were lovely, the huts cozy, and the shady common area a great place to relax. the location was also ideal for exploring the island. can't wait to go back!

Conveniently located with easy access to water taxi and popular attractions. Clean and comfortable rooms with amenities such as AC and warm water. I stayed at Sea N Sun Guest House for a few days and had an amazing time. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were top-notch. The shared bathroom and shower were clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook a simple meal. I also loved the outside seating area, perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The location was great, within walking distance of The Split and close to the heart of the island. The free use of bikes and kayaks was an added bonus, and the wifi was fast and reliable. a fantastic stay!
