We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Earls Court Tube station, making it easy to explore all of London's top attractions. The staff were amazing, providing us with helpful information about the area and giving us directions whenever needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for, including an iron, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the free toiletries provided in the bathroom.

The only minor downside was that the staff could be a bit noisy in the morning, but it didn't affect our overall experience in any significant way.

This place is fabulous! The location is excellent, just a short walk away from the shopping district and close to two tube stations. The hotel is in a quieter section of the city, near Hyde Park, which is perfect for a peaceful stay. The staff were really accommodating and cared about making my trip enjoyable. They even pointed out local places of interest and gave recommendations for public transport. The room was clean and cosy, with all the amenities I needed, including a complimentary smartphone for internet and international calls.
