The master suite was comfy; staff friendly and helpful. Exciting excursions, tasty meals, and useful shuttle service. Amazing spa and outstanding pool.

I had a fantastic week at a great resort in Placencia. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The food was delicious, and the beautiful setting of the resort made for a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful getaway.

The complementary drinks and snacks upon check-in were definitely a plus. the hotel's location near the beachfront made it an ideal spot to watch the fireworks during New Year. the pool was also nice and well-maintained.

Despite the great location, the staff was unaccommodating and unpleasant to deal with. the rooms had a strong moldy odor which made our stay very uncomfortable.

Beautiful property, well-maintained. Small iguana pool at entrance with large iguanas. Enjoyed swimming and sitting at pool bar. Excellent bar staff. Nice rooms, recently renovated. Expansive property with great beach access. Clean room with comfortable bed. Outstanding service at restaurant, even made fresh eggs for us. Three-level pool perfect for young kids. Conveniently located near the beach.

Located on a beautiful beach in a charming village, The Placencia offers a convenient location close to grocery stores and just a short walk to the village. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff provides exceptional service, always going above and beyond to assist with any needs. The delicious breakfast served each morning is a great way to start the day. Guests can enjoy the stunning view of the beach from the comfort of their room and take advantage of the resort's amenities, such as the casino and water tours.

Our recent stay at this hotel exceeded all our expectations. the exclusive amenities were luxurious and all of our needs were fulfilled by the attentive service staff. the outdoor swimming pool and beach access provided plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun. the beauty treatments and massages at the Spa and Wellness centre were outstanding and left us feeling rejuvenated.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of variety in the special diet menus.
