had a great time at San Miguel Imperial during our romantic weekend in Santa Marta. The staff were amazing and the rooftop terrace with pool was perfect for relaxing with the kids. Can't wait to see it after renovation!

The experience at this hotel was mind-blowing! The staff were super friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. The rooms were clean and spacious, with jaw-dropping A/C. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The rooftop terrace and pool were a great place to relax. The location was ideal, close to many attractions. We especially loved the packed breakfast provided for our early morning flight. a fantastic stay!

I had a really great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - right in the historical center and close to everything. It was also very near a cemetery, which added a unique touch to my experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were just like in the pictures, with good amenities for the money, including air conditioning. Additionally, having breakfast included was a nice bonus.

Very quiet, spacious room with comfortable bed. A/C worked well, and the complimentary breakfast was varied and delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooftop offers a nice place to relax. a pleasant stay.

the staff was always friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. the hotel’s convenient location near supermarkets, restaurants, and key sightseeing areas made it easy to explore the city at any time of day.

While my stay was overall enjoyable, I did have a couple of issues. the street activity and noise level from local bars made for quite a rowdy environment at night, making it a challenge at times to get a peaceful night’s rest.

Nothing at all

I stayed at a nice hotel in Santa Marta for three nights in April. The location was great, within walking distance of everything. The staff were friendly and on top of everything. The room was clean with a working A/C and bathroom. The wifi worked well in the room. Breakfast was included and had ham and eggs with fresh juice. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The San Miguel Imperial was a standout choice for its impressive rooftop arrangement, friendly staff, spacious king size bed, and convenient air conditioning. the hotel's central location was also a major plus, with easy access to a nearby tienda, éxito, and the terminal, which was just a 10-minute walk away. the rooftop area was perfect for relaxing, complete with a small pool and sunbeds. the hotel's proximity to the bus for Minca and Palomino was a great convenience.

It was just a short walk to the main plaza with plenty of restaurants and bars. the upstairs terrace and pool area were also a nice bonus. Our room had comfortable beds and the AC worked well. Although the wifi was a bit slow, it still worked for my computer. the breakfast in the lovely covered terrace area was enjoyable, with a good selection of juice and coffee. the staff even went above and beyond by preparing a packed breakfast for us when we had an early morning flight. a great stay.

the location was perfect and it was easy to explore the city and visit Parque Tayrona. the staff at San Miguel Imperial were extremely helpful and even served breakfast earlier than scheduled. the breakfast itself was delicious and varied. the rooftop area was a great place to relax, and the king size bed and AC in the room made for a comfortable stay. the hotel's central location was convenient, with shops and the bus terminal within walking distance.
