We spent a luxurious weekend at this hotel and it was just what we needed. the exclusive amenities such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and full-body massage were everything we had hoped for. the massage was top-notch and incredibly relaxing. the location was perfect for exploring the city and the staff was attentive to our every need. We enjoyed delicious meals and drinks at the restaurant and bar/lounge area.

One minor issue was the lack of Halal food options at the restaurant, but the staff was accommodating and helped us find nearby Halal restaurants to dine at. this hotel fulfilled all of our luxurious needs and more.

The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful area, providing a serene atmosphere for guests. It is also conveniently close to a restaurant, making it easy to find dinner options. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with spotlessly clean interiors. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, catering to different preferences. The hotel staff is helpful and professional, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Some basic amenities, such as ironing boards, irons, and power adaptors, were not readily available upon request.

Great room, big and comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom with a very good shower. the staff was super friendly and very helpful. They made our stay great by going out of their way to provide us with extra services such as a free airport shuttle and great lunch packages. the location was also very convenient, with several key places within walking distance.

The staff needed to be more official in their dealings with guests, as they were sometimes rude or dismissive. though, our stay was very enjoyable thanks to the great room and amazing staff.
