Excellent staff, fluent English speakers, cozy and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great location near Vilson's Lane and tram station, with many coffee places and restaurants nearby. Wonderful breakfast with plenty of choices. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic experience at this luxurious hotel. The location on a main street made it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The easy access to transport meant that we could explore all the attractions in no time. Additionally, being close to the pedestrian street gave us ample options for dining and shopping. The attentive staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, being responsive and helpful at every turn. The room was cozy and clean, with a large comfortable bed ensuring a restful night's sleep. And not to mention, the modern bathroom with its spacious shower was a definite highlight. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, location, and service.

This hotel comes highly recommended to everyone.

The hotel was well-located in the city center, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the local area. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and helped keep our weekend expenses low. Plus, there was free Wi-Fi which was super convenient!

The noise from the busy street outside our window kept us up all night and made it hard to get a good night's sleep. the room was also a bit stale and could have used some fresh air.
