Outstanding views, clean and comfortable room, brilliant shower, delicious breakfast, attentive staff.

Not one thing.

I recently stayed at Jerbourg for a week-long vacation. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was exceptional, setting us up for the day ahead. The hotel's ocean views and cliff top walks added a touch of adventure to our stay. The dining experience was top-notch, with delectable cakes and a varied evening menu. a luxurious escape that I would highly recommend.

Amazing stay - Loved the location! The hotel had stunning views of the sea, perfect for coastal walks right outside the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean, and having access to the pool straight from our room was a bonus. The staff in the breakfast room and restaurant were friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. And being a keen photographer, I was thrilled with the position of the hotel, offering breathtaking views.

The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, with grand views over the headland and the sea, even in December. It is about fifteen minutes from the airport and there is plenty of parking available. The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop just outside and has a good public bus service. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and excellent facilities such as a fridge and a tablet for internet access.

The staff's attitude and service could be improved.

We stumbled upon this place and it turned out to be a brilliant find. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the views are simply breathtaking. We sat out on the terrace and enjoyed some Prosecco while indulging in their yummy selection of cakes. The location on top of a cliff on the southmostern point of the Island is outstanding. It provides easy access to cliff walks, making it a perfect spot for walkers and ramblers. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Our standard room had a comfy bed, was nice and clean, and offered stunning views of Herm and Sark. It was everything we needed for a short stay. Plus, the dinner at the hotel was delicious!

This place is recommended for families.

We stayed at a hotel on the coast, right on top of a cliff, providing stunning views of the sea. The location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast was top-notch. The rooms were comfortable and the bar area was cozy.

We spent Easter at a hotel with incredible sea views. the breakfast was so delicious, especially the freshly baked pastries and the view from the dining room was breathtaking. the location was perfect with easy access to beautiful cliff walks and a fab swimming pool. the staff were lovely and very attentive which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The bar lacked atmosphere and felt a little unwelcoming in the evening. It was quite empty and the staff were a bit loud when cleaning up, making it hard to relax.

I had a wonderful week at a superbly located hotel with friendly staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Paula and her team. Sophie, in particular, provided me with amazing assistance and was always there to help wherever she could. The hotel's superior double room I stayed in had a central location with a great view of the pool and the islands of Herm, Sark, and Jersey. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and plenty of amenities. The breakfast served at the hotel was very good, offering a wide variety of options. The hotel's location in a quiet area with a good bus service was also a major plus.

The hotel lacked a lift, which was inconvenient for guests with mobility issues. Additionally, the menu choices at the restaurant were repetitive, and the prices for wine were quite high.
