The front desk staff went out of their way to help us during our small get together in the lobby. They stored our food, provided ice, and helped clean up. The room layout was excellent for our group of friends.

Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect - close to the Everett turnpike and in a quiet area, yet still within easy reach of many areas of interest.

There was no flexibility for early check-in, which was a bit inconvenient. the breakfast options were not very satisfying, although this seems to be a common issue in US hotel chains.

The location was ideal, close to various sites and very close to the Everett turnpike. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. We also loved the breakfast, which had a wide variety of options including bagels, cream cheese, boiled eggs, yogurt. The parking was free and we appreciated that.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was like a small apartment with a fully stocked kitchen and all the necessary utensils. It was scrupulously clean, and the bathroom was great with a huge shower. The location was convenient, with a Market Basket next door and easy access to Boston. The best part was the variety of breakfast options available in a safe and sanitary location. The staff was helpful throughout my stay.

Our experience of staying in this hotel was average. It is located in a quite area yet close to many areas of interest. The hotel is very close to the highway and easy to find. The rooms are clean and have amenities for the extended stay. The breakfast was good and had something for everyone.

The room was very spacious, with a separate kitchenette and living area. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern and well, appointed. the hotel was also very clean and well, maintained. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby malls and attractions.

The pool was closed during our stay, which was disappointing since we had specifically chosen this hotel for its pool. the breakfast options were also not as varied or high, quality as expected.

Clean and cozy rooms with a convenient location. Our room was spotless, and the decor was pleasing. The kitchenette was a bonus for us. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and the refreshing pool. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The room layout was fantastic and the bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. I loved the convenience of having a fridge and microwave in the room. I had a great stay at Residence Inn and would recommend it.
