Friendly staff, convenient location near airport and Soho Square with shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Spacious, clean rooms and amazing amenities including gym, jacuzzi, and game room. Astonishing view of the Red Sea from dining area.

My favorite thing about my stay at Concorde was the amazing Italian restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. I also enjoyed the spacious and clean room, but wish the pools were warmer. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, making it easy to access the beautiful shores and clear waters. The staff, like Mohamed Fahmey, go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. The No 2 bar area provides friendly and helpful service, and the view from the room is amazing, especially if you have a sea view. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options, and the room is well-maintained with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom.

The internet connection can be quite slow, which can be frustrating at times.

We had a fantastic stay at Concorde. The staff, especially Mr Joseph at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and cooperative. They treated us like VIP guests and even gave us late check-out with three rooms until 6PM. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from SOHO. We loved the variety of food options, especially the delicious dinner at the Italian and Flame restaurants. The views from the hotel are breathtaking, with a stunning sea view. The aqua park kept us entertained all day and the discotheque was lots of fun.

This hotel was a luxurious and exclusive venue which fulfilled all my needs. The service was exceptional with friendly staff catering to my every need. The spa & wellness centre was an oasis of relaxation with the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room being the perfect way to unwind. The outdoor swimming pool was a great place to soak up the sun and the Jacuzzi was a great addition to the pool area. The beach access just a short walk away was a bonus with beach umbrellas and beachfront facilities. The entertainment was top class and the night club was a great way to spend the evening. The restaurant, bar/lounge area, and snack bar served delicious food and drinks with plenty of options for special diet menus.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the buffet breakfast could have been more diverse. However, the quality of the food more than compensated for it.

The rooms were decent, and the bathroom was up to the mark. There were two complimentary bottles of water, tea, and coffee available, and the beach area was spacious with loads of games to play.

The service was below average. The dining area was disorganized, with people pushing and shoving.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with great bathrooms. The showers were lovely. The breakfast had tasty food. The "quiet" pool was excellent, and the lifeguards, especially Ziad, did a fantastic job ensuring everyone followed the rules. The infinity pool offered beautiful views, especially in the morning when it was less crowded. SOHO Square, just a 5-minute walk away, had numerous restaurants and shops, making it a convenient place to spend an evening. The hotel provided two big bottles of water daily, and the rooms had coffee/tea and a kettle. The beach area was spacious with plenty of beds and games. The fish came right up to the shore, and it was enjoyable to feed them with bits of bread. The entertainment team made an effort to engage guests and organized various activities.

Felt right at home, nothing to complain about.

The hotel has a wide range of facilities and activities, including multiple swimming pools, sports centers, beauty centers, and even an ice skating center. The view of the Red Sea adds to the romantic atmosphere.

Oh, and let's not forget the slow internet connection, because who needs to stay connected when you're on vacation, right?
