Location was perfect, we were able to walk to the church and the main attractions easily. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to help and answer our questions. The room itself was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

The only downside was the breakfast croissant, it seemed a bit stale and hard. However, there were other options available, so it wasn't a big deal.

I recently stayed at Hotel Palace in Medjugorje for a few nights. The location was perfect for visiting the nearby attractions, including St. James' Church, the Shrine of Our Lady of Medjugore, Mostar, and Kravika Falls. It was also within walking distance to restaurants and the church. The hotel itself was fantastic, with a lovely balcony that offered great views. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, from the reception to the breakfast area to the cleaning personnel. Additionally, the hotel had a free parking lot, which was very convenient. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose to stay at Hotel Palace again in the future.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The staff, especially John P, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made me feel like I was staying at a high-end hotel and the value for the price was unbeatable. I loved the room service breakfast, it was outstanding. The location was perfect, right by the river walk, with easy access to transportation and close to all the places I wanted to visit. The view from my 10th-floor room was stunning, especially with the balcony. Plus, having Ruth's Chris Steak House in the hotel was perfect!

During my xmas stay, the hot cocoa and cookies offered were fantastic! the hotel was located only a short walk away from the town center and a beautiful church. The front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful in suggesting local restaurants and attractions.

The linens were not changed during my stay, and the bathroom was not well-maintained. the Wi-Fi connection in my room was very spotty, making it difficult to stay connected with my family during the holidays.
