The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping park, with plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. It is a little to the west of the center of town, but a leisurely 1-hour walk will find you in the heart of the action. There are also local facilities nearby, making it convenient for business travelers. The rooms are spacious and clean, with plenty of hanging space for clothes.

The sofa and armchair in the suite were old and a bit dirty, making it uncomfortable to sit on them.

As adventure travelers, we loved the free bus to Funchal and the convenient location for walking. The heated indoor pool was fantastic for a relaxing swim. The suite was spacious and felt more like an apartment. The breakfast had a good variety of options. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel had cabaret entertainment on most nights, which added to the experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The garden and pool area were stunning, and it was so nice to have plenty of sun beds available without having to fight for them. The poolside bar was a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink at a good value. The free shuttle bus to and from the nearby town was a convenient option. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a great place to unwind after a day of exploring.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

had a fantastic stay on this spa holiday in funchal. suite hotel jardins da ajuda exceeded my expectations with its impressive room size, convenient location near the beach and supermarket, and friendly staff. the breakfast was excellent and the pools and jacuzzi were a great addition. will definitely recommend this hotel!

wifi needs improvement

Free breakfast and Wi-Fi were a bonus. the hotel's location and the beautiful views were really great. the pool area was clean and had plenty of sun loungers so we could relax and soak up the sun.

The room was really small and not cleaned properly before our arrival. the air conditioning unit was very old and wasn't working well at all.

We loved our recent stay at a hotel in Funchal. The location was fantastic, with a free bus to explore the city. The suite we had felt more like an apartment, and the heated indoor pool was a dream. The hotel had a beautiful sweeping staircase that added a touch of luxury. We enjoyed the convenience of the nearby shopping mall and the affordable buffet restaurant. The staff were helpful and the cleaning service efficient. we had a fabulous time and would definitely go back.

We had a great time staying at this hotel, mainly because of its convenient location. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from some very nice restaurants, and it's right next to the new shopping mall The Forum Madeira. The coastal promenade is also easily accessible from the hotel, which was perfect for our evening walks. The room we stayed in was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide selection of food, and the hotel had great facilities such as a heated indoor pool and sauna.

The entertainment at the hotel was a bit repetitive and not to our liking.

our recent stay in funchal was amazing, especially at the hotel. upgraded to a suite with great facilities. the staff were friendly and efficient. the buffet breakfast was delicious. the pools and gardens were well-maintained. overall, a fantastic experience.

Ac didn't work properly.

We really felt like we got good value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a large balcony, perfect for enjoying the sunny weather. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. They even had a bar downstairs, which was a nice bonus.

The only thing that could've made the morning meal better was if the cooked food had been served hot.
