They arranged free transfers for us, making our arrival stress-free. The room was stylish, clean, and had an amazing view of the cathedral. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and shops. We enjoyed the complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks provided in the room. The breakfast at the local café was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The bed was comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The staff spoke excellent English and provided us with top-notch service. we highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Sarajevo.

One drawback is that the in-room safes were temperamental, with one not working and the other locking itself out. However, the staff quickly resolved the issue for us.

The room was cozy and clean, perfect for a romantic escape. The bed was comfortable and we were provided with free water and tea. The location was great, near the old town and easy access to public transportation. Another advantage was the friendly staff who were helpful with our inquiries.

The advertised free breakfast was not included and we had to pay for it at a local café. , the in-room safes were not functioning properly, resulting in a room change and an inconvenience.
