We loved the stunning beach view from our apartment, perfect for morning coffees! The staff communicated effortlessly via WhatsApp, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Kiyla was a gem, helping coordinate surprises for a birthday trip.

We did face a minor hiccup at check-in, having to wait about 20 minutes since no one was around. Also, some instructions for the AC unit would have been helpful.

Spacious, modern, and just steps away from the beach! Hats off to Kiyla for being so helpful with everything!

The only downside? Housekeeping seemed to have taken a vacation of their own—sand was my new roommate! Bring earplugs, unless you enjoy the symphony of snoring next door.

My recent stay at Brisa Oceano Resort was delightful. The oceanfront apartment was modern and comfortable, perfectly accommodating my group for a birthday celebration. The staff were incredibly kind, especially Kiyla, who assisted us with transportation and surprise decorations.

The beachfront view was stunning, but the room cleanliness was lacking, with dusty headboards and unemptied trash. The thin walls made for a noisy experience, and I often needed earplugs for nearby sounds.

the walls are PAPER thin, I could hear everything my neighbors said, not exactly the luxurious escape I imagined. Also, my room was supposedly ‘ocean view’ but really just a peekaboo. To top it off, I expected a warm welcome gift for my special stay but clearly, that was too much to ask. almost thought about giving a good review, but I just couldn’t.

It was just a proper fit for a city holiday in Placencia with very good value for money. I enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby Placencia Resort, where the pool and swim-up bar were fantastic! Bring some earplugs if you're sensitive to noise from neighboring rooms.

The beach view from my balcony was breathtaking! Shannae at the front desk was incredibly helpful, always ready to recommend activities and dining spots.

I faced cleanliness issues upon arrival—sandy floors and unemptied trash were disappointing. Soundproofing was poor, with loud noises from neighboring rooms disrupting my peace!

The apartment was modern and comfortable, and the helpful staff made planning our beach activities a breeze. plus, you can easily walk to nearby spots like Above Grounds Coffee House, just a few steps away, perfect for morning coffee and relaxing days at the nearby beach parks.

I had a relaxing morning with coffee on my balcony, enjoying the view of the beach. I explored nearby activities, like visiting ancient sites and kayaking. The local bars and restaurants added to the experience. I remember having a fantastic time at the nearby Blue Hole, swimming in the cool waters. The staff were friendly and assisted with everything I needed during my stay. It was a wonderful way to unwind after a long period of focused work in New York.

Our group had an awesome time at this resort! We loved exploring the St Herman's Cave and taking a refreshing swim at the Blue Hole. Plus, the diving experience with a PADI instructor was the highlight. Definitely try the Belize Zoo and the Grove House Restaurant nearby.
