We had an amazing experience at Cresta! The buildings were nicely spread out, with beautiful green spaces in between. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Keabetswe, in particular, was incredibly helpful in organizing our onward journey and providing reassurance to our family while we were in the Okavango delta. We were even allowed to store our luggage at the hotel while we traveled. The dinner at the hotel was delicious, although a bit pricey. the staff, location, and amenities made our stay memorable.

I recently stayed at a hotel near a beautiful river, close to the town center. The location was perfect, as it was in close proximity to shops and only a short distance from the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large closet and well-aligned television and bed. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service from reception to the kitchen and laundry. The breakfast was delightful, with a variety of options to choose from. The view from the hotel was stunning, especially when the river is flowing.

There were some issues with the air conditioning in the room. It took three reports before it was fully addressed, and I believe such amenities should be regularly checked for the guests' convenience.

Spacious room with 2 beds. Good amenities: AC, hairdryer, TV, work desk, free internet. Bathroom has bath/shower combo. Nice shuttle to airport. Staff is nice, breakfast is good, close to facilities, lovely gardens. Helpful staff, provided transportation to/from airport and packaged breakfast for early game drive. Amazing staff member helped with onward journey and reassured family without wifi. Allowed storage for minimal luggage.

As business guests, we loved the well-maintained gardens and pool area. The comfortable and clean rooms with air conditioning and insect screens were perfect for a relaxing stay. The efficient airport shuttle service was a major convenience. The charming and helpful service in the restaurant was also a highlight.

The staff at Cresta Riley's Hotel made us feel like visiting family, as they were always willing to go above and beyond.
