They were always available to answer any queries and provide assistance whenever needed. The hotel is also surrounded by many shops and restaurants, making it convenient for dining and shopping. I had a wonderful time at this hotel and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Cusco.

The soundproofing in the room could have been better. We were near the lift and it was quite loud and annoying, especially when we were trying to sleep.

Spent New Year’s night in a hotel located just a few minutes walk away from the main square, perfect spot to witness the fireworks. the staff was kind and accommodating. the hotel offered free Coca tea, which helped with the high altitude. Breakfast was quite alright, with a variety of dishes to choose from.

The hotel did not meet our expectations in terms of sanitary conditions. the bathroom was not properly cleaned and we found old hair in the shower area.

The breakfast at San Agustin Internacional was a delight with a variety of delicious options. The fresh fruit and juices were a refreshing start to the day. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being close to the main square, shops, and museums. It made exploring the city so convenient. Another great aspect was the helpful and friendly staff. They went out of their way to assist me during my stay, providing me with an adapter for my devices and even bringing me oxygen when I was suffering from altitude sickness. Their dedication and kindness truly made a difference.

One downside was the outdated decor of the hotel, which had a creepy 60's or 70's vibe. the beds were also quite small, even the double bed turned out to be a single.

The hotel had a unique grotto-like decor and a delicious breakfast buffet available from 4:30 am. It was conveniently located for early tours and had efficient free luggage storage.
