Beautiful location, kind staff, excellent restaurant, alpagas around, private walk.

Nothing that I didn't like.

This hotel was an exquisite experience. the luxurious amenities surpassed my expectations, with personalized service and delicious continental breakfast. the Spa centre was fantastic with a great full body massage, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. the private facilities boasted an amazing garden area, sun terrace, and pool with a view that was breathtaking. the Restaurant served delicious meals including BBQ facilities and an extensive bar/lounge area with snack bar, packed lunches, and special diet menus to choose from. the location was perfect with natural surroundings providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere.

The only minor issue was that the heating system in the casitas and main building was inadequate during chillier weather, making it a bit uncomfortable to wear coats indoors.

My stay at Belmond Hotel was absolutely spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the beauty of the grounds and the attention to detail. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had an incredible experience, from upgrading me to the presidential suite to arranging exciting excursions. The amenities were top-notch, with two fireplaces, an outdoor shower, and a private hot tub in my suite. The daily visits from the adorable baby camel and baby alpacas added an extra touch of charm. I had an unforgettable stay at Belmond Hotel and I highly recommend it.
