This was our 15th visit to Hotel Juan 11, and each time we enjoy our visit more. The friendly professionalism of the staff never changes. We pre-booked the evening meal for a great price, including a bottle of excellent wine. The staff were very helpful over an issue we had with our bikes. Top location near the Santa Maria Church with a brilliant view over the valley below and close to town center bars. Highly recommended.

I keep coming back to this hotel whenever I'm in the area. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making it a pleasure to stay here. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with stunning views of the river and cathedral. And the location is unbeatable - right in the heart of the old town, within walking distance of all the important historical sites.

The only small downside was that some of the interior feels a bit dated, but it didn't detract from my overall experience.

Juan II Toro is a brilliant find! the hotel's location is exceptional. Situated in the heart of the old town, it is close to everything - bars, restaurants, and shops. You can even enjoy lovely views down the river valley from some of the rooms. Secondly, the staff are professional, friendly, and available 24 hours a day. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, some even offer a scenic view or a balcony. Imagine waking up to that!

Renovations were underway during our stay, impacting the exceptional standard of the restaurant at the hotel. However, I am confident this will be addressed for future visitors.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The location of this hotel was great, close to many restaurants and bars. The room was spacious and had a large bathroom, which was a bonus. we were given free parking, which was very convenient since we had a car to move around during our Easter holidays.

Our experience at this hotel was not very positive. The staff was not welcoming at all, and they seemed like they didn't want to be there.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel with a terrace that offered breathtaking views. The room was clean and comfortable, and the cafeteria served fresh and tasty food. The location was great, close to all the attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic panoramic views of the river and Roman Bridge. The breakfast room offers a wide variety of delicious products to start the day. The restaurant serves traditional food and the café-bar is a great place to relax.

Oh, who needs good soundproofing? It's so fun hearing every noise my neighbors make while I try to sleep.

We definitely got great value for our money at the hotel. The room was spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The location right in the center of the old town next to the old cathedral was amazing, with beautiful views all around. The staff was polite and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement, especially in terms of variety and options available.
