I arrived early, but the hotel accommodated me with a room after a short wait. The room was comfortable and well-maintained. The breakfast selection was fantastic, offering both local delicacies and standard fare. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was well located, clean and spacious, with nice room lighting and a comfortable bed. Taxis were easily accessible right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful, and the hotel's position allowed for a 20-minute walk to Ibirapuera park. The staff was very helpful and kind, and there was a great piano available for guests to play. The hotel also had a well-furnished bar in the hall.

Felt very well taken care of, no reason to complain.

I had a great stay at this hotel in a financial area. The staff was extremely attentive, providing room service and excellent dry cleaning and housekeeping. I especially enjoyed the terrace with a great view of the city. The room amenities, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar.

I highly recommend this place to family and friends.

It is also within walking distance to Ibirapuera Park, where guests can enjoy a peaceful retreat amidst nature. The hotel was reasonably priced, and we appreciated the two complementary welcome drinks. The location was excellent, as it was close to many good restaurants and cafes. The gym was well-equipped and clean.

The room was a bit dated and could do with some updating. The temperature control in the shower was inconsistent and hard to manage.
