Welcoming management who were incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.

The shower cubicle size was quite small. it was a bit cramped for my partner, making it challenging for a comfortable shower experience.

ashgrove house is quaint, I suppose, but don't let the charm fool you. the shower room is impossibly small! I shudder to think of bigger folks. also, I can't believe no complimentary gestures were offered after all the inconvenience. would it kill them to upgrade a guest? I almost gave them a decent review, but just couldn't.

stayed for 3 nights and loved it! the breakfast was super tasty, like best ever! it was a flat 15 min walk to the center and so many shops and places to eat along the way. the owners were really nice and even helped carry our luggage. room was nice and had a good view of the peaceful garden and parking was free!

The location was convenient for exploring the city, and the cleanliness of the shared bathrooms was a pleasant surprise. However, the bed's comfort left much to be desired.

Steep stairs may be challenging, but cozy double room with a lovely garden view!

Had an awesome stay with my friends! The location was super convenient, and we loved visiting the iconic castle and gorgeous gardens. The breakfast was plentiful, with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and even let us store our luggage before check-in, which was a nice touch.

The shower was a bit cramped, making it tough to move around. We couldn't open a window for fresh air, which was a bit uncomfortable.
