The Grand At Moon Palace exceeded my expectations in every way. The property was clean and offered a wide range of activities for guests to enjoy. The decor was beautiful and the rooms were comfortable. I particularly loved the variety and quality of the food at the restaurants. I had a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

The property was beautiful and had a great atmosphere for a Christmas vacation. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and other amenities. the food options were varied and delicious, giving us plenty of choices to satisfy our cravings.

They lacked professionalism and made us feel unwelcome. the service was inconsistent, with some staff members being rude and others going above and beyond.

Spacious resort, poolside service, and good restaurant service. Lots of activities but need at least 10 days. Shuttle buses available and friendly staff. The best bar on-site with great food. Some rooms had issues with leaks and distance to family. Hotel felt crowded and noisy, couldn't enjoy facilities or book restaurants. Overall beautiful property.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Cancun and I got great value for my money. The room was fantastic - comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, and all the amenities I needed. The location was beautiful and the staff treated me really well.

The service at some of the restaurants was quite poor. Specifically, the staff at the Asian cuisine restaurant were rude and inattentive, leading us to leave without even finishing our dinner.

This luxurious hotel provided me with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my leisure needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a range of treatments including body wraps, massages, and facials, allowing for complete relaxation. the outdoor heated swimming pool was surrounded by a beautiful sun terrace with sun loungers, providing the perfect spot for soaking up the sun. the Poolside snack bar was ideal for those who wished to enjoy a drink or a bite to eat whilst basking in the glorious weather. the hotel's exclusive location provided beach access, allowing me to enjoy the stunning views of the ocean.

The staff were welcoming and friendly but, on one occasion; they seemed inattentive at the rooftop pool, forgetting to offer drinks or snacks when requested.

I also loved the spaciousness of the hotel, even though it was packed, there was always plenty of space by the pool. the location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.

The steak house service was poor, we had to wait 30 minutes just to be offered a drink. Additionally, some of the staff seemed to lack knowledge about the hotel and couldn't answer basic questions.
