Stunning hotel, helpful staff. Shocked at cancelled flight, but hotel didn't charge for missed nights. Wonderful area. First-class tour advice and fantastic barman. Beds and sitting area nice. The breakfast menu offered a great variety of options, including both Asian and Western cuisines. The spacious rooms were perfect for us as a couple, and the hotel's proximity to Paulista Avenue was incredibly convenient.

This hotel is in a great location close to everything - metro, Paulista Avenue, bars, and more. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The breakfast is amazing and the view from the room on the 17th floor is awesome. The room is spacious and very clean, and the room service is top-notch.

The pool could use some updates.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to Avenue Paulista. We were able to easily explore the main street and enjoy the vibrant Sunday street parties. The hotel staff treated us like celebrities from the moment we arrived, providing top-notch service. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, both hot and cold.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, just off a bustling avenue with easy access to shopping centers, corporate offices, museums, and the metro station. The staff was exceptional, particularly Miss Patricia, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a balcony offering a great view. The amenities provided, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and in-room safe, were top-notch. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the convenience of having a restaurant and bar/lounge area on-site. The hotel's spa and wellness center, indoor swimming pool, and sauna were great additions to our relaxing stay. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the 24-hour reception provided excellent service.

The breakfast area could be better equipped to accommodate all guests, as the long lines for coffee and limited table space were a slight inconvenience. But overall, we highly recommend this hotel to friends and family, as it exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, location, and service.

Perfect location near a vibrant street with cultural activities and good restaurants. The room had a comfortable queen-sized bed, nice view, and good lighting. Despite some inconveniences mentioned by other guests, our stay was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel.

All was perfect

Staying here was a great choice. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the business district, and easy to get to from the airport. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the friendly staff at the bar. The room was equipped with everything I needed, from the mini-bar to the air conditioning, and the amenities were fantastic. It was great to have access to the indoor pool and wellness centre after a long day of work.

The city break was made extra special by the complimentary toiletries and breakfast provided. the location was perfect for exploring the city with many attractions nearby.

The pool and gym facilities were lackluster and in need of an update. the noise from outside could also be heard loudly in the room, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep at times.

We loved the location of this hotel, just steps away from Avenida Paulista, making it convenient for shopping, exploring the city's cultural attractions, and accessing the Metro. the pool was fantastic, with perfectly temperatured water, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, going above and beyond to assist us when our flight was cancelled. They even waived the charges for the two nights we missed, which was greatly appreciated.
