The room was spacious with a beautiful view. Daily cleaning was excellent. The location was convenient, close to Charles Bridge. A variety of shops and cafes were within walking distance. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

Mamaison Hotel Riverside in Prague was definitely worth the money. The room was stunning, with a surprise balcony and a huge, comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was just a short walk away from Charles Bridge.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was great, as it was within walking distance to popular attractions like Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square. The hotel was also conveniently located near the metro station, which made it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, with a great view of the surroundings. We especially liked the tea/coffee facilities in the room, as well as the helpfulness of the staff. They were friendly and provided us with useful local information. this hotel had great facilities, a good location, and friendly staff.

Excellent river view from the room, spacious and clean. The bathroom had a walk-in shower which I preferred for convenience. The breakfast had a good variety of food and the service was efficient. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay with lovely views from our great-sized, comfy and quiet room. The breakfast was varied and to our taste, and the staff during breakfast were really nice. We also loved the extra touches, like the petals on the bed and the champagne for our anniversary. The hotel facilities were great, and the location was perfect for us as it was a pleasant stroll into the city center. We also found it convenient to have transportation options, with the underground station to Praha stadium just a short distance away.

The hotel had a nice aesthetic and the bathrooms were spacious. It was also a short Uber ride from the city center. However, that's about the only positive things I can say about this place.

The staff at the reception were really unhelpful and took forever to check us in. We were even overcharged and still waiting for our refund.

For the price we paid, we got great value with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent room facilities. The location was perfect, away from the tourist crowds but still within walking distance to the city center. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed.

Amazing Suite Upgrade

I had an amazing stay at the Mamaison hotel in Prague. When I arrived for my late check-in, the night porter was friendly and helpful. To my surprise, I was given a free suite upgrade due to availability. The suite was spacious with plenty of storage and the view from the lounger was breathtaking, overlooking Prague Castle and the river. The Mamaison hotel truly exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.
