The lobby and corridors were a bit cramped and narrow, and the room size was a little on the smaller side. Nonetheless, this slight inconvenience did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at the hotel.

My Christmas stay was amazing! I loved the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for me in my cozy room with a gorgeous view of the bustling city streets. The location couldn't have been more convenient, just steps away from the train station and major museums. The included breakfast spread was also impressive, with a variety of fresh and delicious options to satisfy all preferences.

While the room was comfortable, it was a bit small, and the lack of natural light was a downside. , the elevator was a bit slow and outdated, which made navigating the hotel a bit of a challenge at times.

As a couple, we found the location of the hotel to be perfect. It was conveniently situated right across the road from Atocha train station, which made it easy for us to catch our train to Alicante. The hotel is also within walking distance of the Prado and Reina Sofia art museums, as well as a lovely park. The receptionist at the hotel was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a delicious meal at a restaurant nearby.
