We requested a late check-out due to a late flight, but unfortunately, it wasn't possible. the breakfast selection was excellent, and the location near the conference venue was ideal. the bed was comfortable, but noise from the street disturbed our sleep. Overall I'd consider staying here again.

Checking out had more complications than solving a Rubik's cube blindfolded. First, they wouldn't let me check out until I paid more for a bed upgrade I never got. Then, they insisted on giving me change in Turkish Lira when I paid in a different currency. I felt like I was in a comedy sketch, with me as the unsuspecting lead character. the cherry on top? the light in my room that refused to go out. Classic.

The hotel had everything I needed from great food at the Divan Pub to easy access to shopping and transportation. the staff was friendly, and the luxury services were top-notch.

I loved being constantly reminded that connecting 2 single beds together makes a comfy couple's bed.

I always return for its helpful staff. Perfect amenities: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and security. From transport assistance, everything suits me perfectly. Fitness centre, massages, Spa, laundry, Business centre, and more. Returning for another city trip soon!

I appreciated the daily provision of bathroom supplies and fresh towels. the location was convenient, just a short walk from a metro station. the Divan Life app was a useful tool for navigating the hotel's amenities. the breakfast spread was satisfying, and the room was clean and comfortable.
