We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also appreciated the convenience of having a mall right next door. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including free Wi-Fi and a mini-bar. The housekeeping service was excellent, ensuring that our room was always clean and tidy. We were also impressed with the hotel's room service and laundry facilities, which made our stay even more convenient.

The breakfast was good with a variety of options to choose from and the staff was friendly. The location is convenient with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The room had a comfortable bed and a nice view from the window.

The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and there were hairs left on the floor.

We had a cozy stay at Comfort Hotel in a great downtown location. The room was comfortable and had a good bed and shower. The staff was professional and warm, providing excellent service. The hotel also offered ample and free parking.

No alcohol available for hand sanitizing, closed fitness center, and hotel kitchen. Slow elevators, blocked emergency stairs, and burnt lamps on the stairs were some of the issues.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to a good shopping mall and right next to a variety of restaurants on the Visconde de Taunay street. The facilities are comfortable, with a gym that is open 24 hours and well-equipped with basic machines. The buffet breakfast offers a good variety of fruits and breads.

One negative aspect is that the gym room needs better maintenance, with issues such as a lack of drinking water and glasses, as well as some worn-out equipment.
